ti&m study banking trends 2020 Germany
According to our latest study, “Banking Trends 2020”, Germany’s banks and savings banks were able to maintain the majority of their services during the lockdown. As part of the study, ti&m surveyed more than 1,000 German citizens representing a cross-section of society. For example, despite branches operating only very limited opening hours or even being closed completely, eight out of ten customers interviewed as part of the study were able to speak to an appropriate customer advisor at all times.
The ti&m “Banking Trends 2020” study provides comprehensive insights into the experiences and challenges faced by banking customers during the coronavirus lockdown of spring 2020. The study results also indicate the way banking may look in the future.
