The Agile transformation of SBB


SBB issued a WTO call for bids for four strategic partners to handle Agile coaching as part of the company’s Agile transformation. ti&m, together with the agilist. consortium, was awarded one of the contracts.

In recent years, SBB has accelerated its transition to Agile process models, in particular for managing software development projects. ti&m has successfully supported some of these projects, introducing its Agile DNA into the development process.

Now ti&m has been selected by SBB as a strategic coaching partner for the Agile transformation of the entire company. The range of its responsibilities includes everything from Scrum coaching in individual teams to setting up scalable program structures, through to establishing an Agile project portfolio management system.

ti&m has supported similar projects in past years within organizations such as PostFinance, Aduno, SIX Group, Credit Suisse, UBS, Sanitas, Bison, and Coutts.
