The WWZ AG website, which ti&m helped design, went live in April. The Zug-based utilities company set itself the goals of making the new website rigorously oriented toward the needs of its customers and digitalizing this relationship.
Drawing on its expertise and many years of experience, ti&m supported WWZ in this project, building the structures for the new website based on the Magnolia content management system (CMS). ti&m adapted and expanded the new CMS to meet the WWZ’s specific requirements. The solution provides WWZ’s content editors with countless options for using the new tools to create content, inform their customers, and appropriately present products in the fields of energy, telecommunications, and water. This includes the integration of the Zugerberg webcam, which is especially popular among paragliding pilots, as well as options for special pages in the event of faults.
The project was completed using Agile methods in close collaboration with partners Futureworks and Next Level Integration. WWZ benefited from ti&m’s experience when setting up the server environment, implementing the new website, and producing the new content. The excellent collaboration ensured that the new solution was precisely tailored to its customers’ needs.
The new website also includes an integrated customer portal that allows customers to access services and personal data at all times.
Denisa Furnica, Head of Portals and Websites at ti&m, is very pleased with the new website. “The test run and initial surveys clearly show that a large majority of users of the new website are more than satisfied with the result. ti&m demonstrated its skills once again in the implementation of the project.“
