Our Awards

ti&m’s achievements have been recognized with many different awards. We won big at the Best of Swiss Apps Awards and Best of Swiss Apps Web. IT students rank us among the ten best IT employers in Switzerland in the category “Computer Software and Technology & IT and Engineering Consulting”. We aren’t going to rest on our laurels just yet though; we hope to win plenty more awards.

Top Company 2025 on Kununu

We have been rated so positively by our surfers in Germany on Kununu that we have been awarded the Top Company 2025 label. Kununu is the largest platform for employees to rate their employers in Europe.

In a comprehensive study, the Handelszeitung together with Statista identified the best employers in Switzerland in 2025. We are proud to have secured third place in the "Internet, Telecommunications and IT" sector.

November 2024

Gold at Best of Swiss Software

We are thrilled to have won gold at Best of Swiss Software for Baloise Bank’s new mobile and e-banking. The jury in the Core Business Integration category recognized the swift and comprehensive integration of our ti&m Banking solution into the core banking system and application landscape of Baloise Bank, including the migration of 50,000 customers. The solution's flexibility, security, and user-friendliness were particularly highlighted.

1x Silver and 4x Bronze at Best of Swiss Apps

We are delighted to have received multiple awards at Best of Swiss Apps: BLS Mobil, the app of Switzerland’s second-largest railway company, which we developed together with the fantastic team at mutoco, won bronze in three categories. Meanwhile, Helsana+ took home silver and bronze in two categories.

2025 Innovation Ranking by Bilanz

Bilanz has evaluated the most innovative companies in Switzerland in a ranking. We are delighted to be ranked 5th in the category "Innovation Culture" and 6th in the category "Top 150 Innovators Switzerland." We are very proud that our innovative culture and solutions have been recognized in the 2025 Innovation Ranking.

4th place at «Swiss Arbeitgeber Award»

With 4th place, we have once again succeeded this year in being one of the best Swiss employers in the category large companies (250 - 999 employees). Bronze at Best of Swiss Apps

The Wired Cooker is our latest IoT innovation: the intelligent cooking pot is controlled by an app and can prepare dishes to the nearest degree Celsius. It won bronze in the "Design" category at Best of Swiss Apps 2023.

The energy dashboard we developed for the Swiss Federal Office of Energy against the backdrop of a possible energy crisis in the fall of 2022 in just a few weeks took bronze at Best of Swiss Web.

The comprehensive SaaS solution for centralized procurement and goods management for the Swiss food service industry is a hit among users and judges alike. The solution won the Digital Commerce Champion 2021 award and also scooped top prize in the B2B Services and Process Integration category. It also won silver in the Best of Swiss Web 2021 competition in the Digital Commerce, Productivity and Business categories. Well done!
