November 2022 marked a turning point in artificial intelligence: ChatGPT set new standards and dramatically accelerated development. Since OpenAI’s breakthrough, major cloud providers — especially Microsoft and Google — along with smaller AI startups like DeepSeek have been locked in an innovation race. And it’s no longer just about language models. The focus has shifted toward integrated assistant systems that perform tasks independently.

Agents: The next stage of evolution

Across all major providers, one trend is clear: autonomy. While traditional language models only respond to prompts, AI Agents are increasingly capable of acting independently — using conversational history, tracking goals, and making decisions. Their tasks range from simple automation like drafting emails, to dynamic research processes, all the way to complex multi-step agents that coordinate several tools and systems. Agents go far beyond merely improving existing workflows — they connect departments and create entirely new processes and opportunities. Agentic AI unlocks enormous potential for businesses: greater efficiency through the automation of repetitive tasks, new services like personalized assistants for customers or employees, and flexible integration with internal processes via low-code platforms. At the same time, demands for data management, security, governance, and integration grow. Companies looking to use AI productively need more than just access to models — they need a strategic architecture. An open, scalable data stack, for example, enables secure access to internal data and provides it to language models in a usable form.

From prototype to production with ti&m

Developing autonomous AI Agents presents both challenges and great opportunities. ti&m supports you every step of the way: from the initial idea to technical implementation and successful integration into your organization. Our goal: tailor-made AI solutions that fit your business processes and IT landscape — without locking you into predefined SaaS platforms. A key advantage: we work directly on our clients’ infrastructure — whether Azure, GCP, AWS, or on-prem — which significantly reduces integration effort while ensuring full compliance with existing security and regulatory requirements. This makes it possible to meet data protection standards flexibly, especially in highly regulated industries or when handling sensitive information.

Successful AI projects start with the right questions: Which use cases offer real value? What data is available? What does a realistic implementation strategy look like? That’s where our AI Kickstart comes in. In a compact, three-day workshop, we combine business goals, design thinking, and technical feasibility analysis — customized to your organization. The result: project ideas with a clearly defined MVP scope, initial architecture, and a business case. The AI Kickstart lays the foundation for structured and targeted AI adoption — significantly shortening the path from idea to productive solution.

With our agents, assistants, and training programs, we deliver tailored, impactful, and scalable solutions for thousands of users. Combining industry expertise with cutting-edge AI technology, our specialists identify solutions that meet the specific needs of every use case — perfectly aligned with our clients’ requirements.

Our AI Agents automate and optimize business processes across a wide range of industries — from finance to manufacturing to public administration. Whether it’s customer interaction, compliance, or process optimization: we offer proven solutions that create value while reducing risks and operational costs.

AI Assistants

Our AI Assistants, powered by LLMs, access your enterprise data and take over repetitive administrative tasks. This frees up time for strategic work — efficiently and securely.

AI Education

Adoption is key to successful AI implementation. In our workshops, we promote technological understanding and hands-on application of AI in your organization — enabling sustainable readiness and productive usage.

We’re also integrating AI into our own products: we’re adding AI-powered features to ti&m Banking, ti&m Authentication, and ti&m Online Identification — for greater efficiency, improved user experience, and enhanced security.

GenAI Toolbox

Our GenAI Toolbox provides a flexible, scalable foundation for your AI strategy. Based on reusable components, it enables efficient development of new applications and synergy across use cases. The toolbox is modular, extensible, and technology-agnostic — and can run on your existing infrastructure. Once connected, data sources are available across all applications. Additional services like speech-to-text can be integrated to create diverse solutions. This means faster development, lower costs, and a maximally adaptable architecture — tailored to your needs and your existing IT landscape.

Inaction or overreaction? Neither is the right strategy

Agentic AI is far more than a passing trend — it represents the next step toward autonomous, intelligent systems that can shape long-term business success. Today, clients in banking, insurance, retail, and public services are already benefiting from more efficient processes and improved customer experiences. What started with generative AI and ChatGPT is now evolving naturally into Agentic AI. Now is the time to explore its applications, gain hands-on experience, and set your organization on course for a successful AI future.

Meeting Agent – your smart meeting companion

Our Meeting Agent supports the entire meeting lifecycle – from
preparation to follow-up.
Before the meeting, the agent analyzes past interactions,
internal data, and open tasks to suggest relevant topics and product
recommendations.
After the meeting, the agent transcribes the conversation – in
multiple languages, including Swiss German – and summarizes it
with key decisions and data points. It extracts a to-do list for
participants and can already perform certain tasks using available
tools. All results are integrated into systems like Confluence or
your CRM.
The result: better preparation, higher-quality meetings, and less
follow-up work. Efficient. Secure. Transparent.
