With its new app, JB Assistant®, Julius Bär Bank has created a global and exclusive onboarding solution for new customers. The solution enables Julius Bär Bank to establish customer relationships all over the world without a physical presence or extended opening hours. The direct connections to peripheral systems is allowing Julius Bär Bank to eliminate manual steps in the process, thereby optimizing the costs of establishing business relationships.

In Partnerschaft mit Finnova bietet ti&m Schweizer Banken aller Grössen ein Website- und Kundenportal «as a Service» an. Das Standard-Offering basiert mit Liferay DXP auf einem flexiblen Web CMS und mit der ti&m channel suite auf einer skalierbaren Digitalisierungsplattform. Enthalten sind unter anderem ein digitales Kunden-Onboarding, ein Beratungsrechner, ein Dokumentenaustausch und eine Online-Terminvereinbarung. Auch das Ändern der Kontaktdaten und Verwalten von Vollmachten ist möglich. ti&m ist dabei für das Kunden-Frontend zuständig. Der ID-Check basiert auf AI-Technologie, mit der die Kundeneröffnung vollautomatisiert erfolgt. Es bedarf keiner manuellen Prüfung. Der ID-Check hält alle relevanten Assets der Kundenidentifikation vor und übermittelt diese nach Abschluss. Ein Betriebscenter für die Entgegennahme und Durchführung der Videoidentifikation ist im Standard enthalten.
